Coaching is entirely confidential



Coaching is not consultancy.   There is only one expert on your life – YOU.

Coaching is not counselling or therapy.   You will, however, deepen your self-awareness through coaching sessions.

Coaching is not just a cosy, friendly conversation.  The coach will encourage new ways of thinking through a variety of coaching tools and techniques.

¨    Do you have goals, but don’t know how to achieve them?

¨    Do you feel like a square peg in a round hole?

¨    Are you considering a career change?

¨    Do you want to make a difference, but don’t know how?

¨    Is your life so busy that you don’t have time to do the things you want to do?



Duration and frequency of coaching sessions are set by mutual agreement 

Coaching may be conducted face to face or by telephone.

A typical arrangement might be three, forty-five minute, telephone coaching sessions per month for a period of three to six months.

The coach will set assignments / enquiries for the client to progress between sessions.

A free sample session can be arranged.
